Simply put, environmental engineering majors are majoring in college that learn about how to solve environmental problems with technology approach. Scope of science in environmental engineering majors includes and is not limited to drinking water, sewerage and liquid waste, solid and gas disposal systems but also includes urban and rural drainage and environmental sanitation, pollution control and management of water, soil and air quality as well as Control and management of environmental impacts. Graduates Competency S1 Environmental Engineering Department of Environmental Engineering can be said is a department that combines many fields of science to solve the problems being faced. Some fields of science consist of and are not limited.
The graduate of Environmental Engineering also has the skills and ability to manage / handle the environment that has the following competencies.

Supporting Competencies S1 Environmental Engineering The supporting competencies that must be graduated from the Environmental Engineering Study Program are the ability to apply math, basic science, and engineering principles.
